Fire Orlondo and blow up this team.
His treatment of his starting Q borders on criminal.
Ignoring the O-line three years in a row is ludicrous.
Hitching your cart to THIS receiving corps is indefensible.
Every team exploited the soft zone in the middle of the field.
We REALLY missed Reinebold at ST coordinator. Butler just ain't any good.
Bob Young has to grow a pair and get rid of that thing in the HC office...

They'll swap out some assistants. Structure will essentially be the same. That's how they do accountability.

Ridiculous game plan to not run Hills. I don’t think we even gave him the ball in the second half. They could have had this game if they weren’t so greedy with the deep balls and worried about moving the chains instead. Lots of changes I think for 2023. Too many vets past their prime on defence. I’m ok with taking a chance on some younger players even if it means taking a step back in a Grey Cup year.

Can't argue with any of this.

This is my problem with Condell, always has been and always will be. Quick to abandon the run or never establish it while not always but this happens way to often. Earlier in the season before the three trades to help the oline that was justified.
However, time and time again when shit matters he forgets about or abandons the run and I have always felt this has cost the Tiger-Cats big time.

Stein, Condell and Washington will all be back next year to get another chance. The Prez loves his buddies. The late season run and getting in the playoffs probably saved their asses. The organization as a whole has regressed and it may take some time to bring it back up. How much rope will they give Stein next year? They certainly can't start next year 0-4 or 1-3.

Stein: "We didn't execute well enough"
Milton: "Steinauer is safe and should be."

Could see a columnist with no market competition playing it safe by not broaching the subject of job security but saying Steins job should be safe after 3 years of regression and getting his lunch eaten today is flat out baffling.

While I was not the biggest Drew Edwards fan at least he was not scared to question the team and management. Current reporting borders on sickening and if Milton and anyone else does not jump when Orlondo says to they are banned or treated like crap.

This is no way for Milton to end a stellar career
