AC had over a decade in MTL once Tracy Ham retired - lots of success over that term. He was also in his early 20s and relatively uninjured.
Zach had (without looking it up) two years in TOR, followed by a great year in HAM, followed by the START to a great year in HAM before blowing his ACL, spent a year recovering, was mediocre for the rest of THAT season, then the floating dumpster fire that was 2018 leading to his release, catching on in SSK, getting concussed at least twice more, and finally was brought in to WPG because hitching their ride on Chris Streveler wasn't going to get them far in the playoffs.
So, the two are not a very even comparison.
