Grover, Meow_Mix, and Krissy are lauding this to the mountain-top (or at least Concession - MAYBE Queensdale).
This is Riders-fans-levels of stupidity...

The garbage going on this season in Montreal was not entirely Jone's fault and is more on the GM. Khari was forced to fire some of his assistants and replace them with ones of the GM's choosing and from the report I heard those assistants were reporting back to the GM.
This is not a miracle cure hiring but should be one where it will help out. Condell having another offensive mind and one that was directly competing against him should use this to bolster the offense and add some tools to their tool belts. Much of the offense has become very predictable so this is an opportunity to tune things for the better.

3 owners. 3 Gms, 2 Qbs. 2 OCs makes perfect sense around here. They should be looking at Calgary's structure as that team has had sustained success for 20+ seasons. Why are they able to be relevant that long and why can Hamilton not have more then 2 winning seasons to every 10 losing ones.
I would reorganize the franchise around their model.

That would be akin to re-arranging the deck chairs on the titanic in hopes the ship misses the iceberg. With the O-line this team has and the sub par group of receivers an offensive coordinator change will not do jack squat.
Use Khari to bolster the offense and to hopefully remove the predictability from the offense.

When you cant control line of scrimmage, protect QB or run block consistently its what you're gonna get no matter who is OC. |
