Not complaining of course. But it feels a little half assed but it's early days..

Nothing about Allemang or Zimmerman. Could be a bunch of savings on the Ops Cap.

Wow. Didn't expect Stein to leave the HC position.
Does Milanovich become the next HC & double as OC?
Also not thrilled about continuing to employ Hervey.

MBT sprang to mind. Did Milo coach him ? Mind raced a bit. But MBT didn't show up in TOR until after Milo left in 2016.

The only good Ticat news I heard all year. I firmly believe Stein didn't willingly give up the head coaching position. I think Mitchell told him we can't bring you back as head coach but if you still want to be president then that is fine with us. I can't see anybody other than Milo as head coach and if that is the case, then who will he have as co-ordinators? Could he possibly bring Washington back? Yikes.

Lalji and Naylor have both said it will be Coach M. I agree with everything you said about Stein. That's likely how it went down. He didn't willingly do this. He's a football coach first and will be gone at the end of his contract if not sooner.

For whatever reason, a whole lot of players love playing for Steinauer. I'd bet the only reason he's still with us is to try to retain some of that boatload of pending FAs.
I'm also in the camp that this wasn't his decision. He's only been a HC for 4 years & has no real track record as an executive. No way this was his idea.

Well Christmas came early for some of us as we got the more traditional front office structure. I like that Stein will only be president now, not overly thrilled with Hervey being the GM but I am willing to give him a chance.
If the coach is anyone by Milo then this whole shuffle is a swing and a miss. Honestly when he was blocked from being in the Riders coaching search I figured that meant he was going to be either the HC or the Assistant head coach plus OC...either way an elevated position.
I do think that it is time for change at the HC as this team has steadily regressed and a new voice was needed. Milo has a very good track record so he has been my first choice as a replacement...but hey my opinion and three bucks will get you a large coffee from Timmies.

Glad Milo was named coach, this is what I had been hoping for since he joined the organization. Now let him pick his staff and do not force him to keep Stein's.

Happy with the press conference. He seems excited and honoured to be a Ticat.
Find it funny he met with the entire ownership group but I guess that's how it is now.
Stein was fired. Make no mistake
