Suitor: "Adams is forced to throw off schedule.." ?? Is this is new football lingo or did Suitor just make it up ? Probably meant off-rhythm

That was worse than just a roughing the passer, no ? Launched himself with top of helmet ?

Nice being the hammer and not the nail.

Let's just say I'm glad I didn't bet.....lol.Great overall effort by the whole team and won a game that was unexpected. Reminds me of the Winnipeg game at home last year and as we saw one great win doesn't mean a great season. Hope they don't go back to their old ways against the Argos on Labour Day. This win should have them pumped for that, right?

They're gonna have to string together a few efforts like this before I get excited

I think you misunderstand the point, at what point am i supposed to be mildly impressed despite how bad the team is vs actually surprised (and therefore actually angry instead of numb) over how badly they got shite kicked If Lions are playing up to potential and HAM is still more or less keeping up to them , let's say, within 12 points at the start of the fourth I'd say one could allow optimism to creep in for an evening. so about that then...

Happy to be wrong. But we also blew out Winnipeg last year.
Gonna need to see more of this before they suck me in.

Looks like the key to not allowing the secondary to kill any hope of winning is to keep them off the field for as long as humanly possible. But kudos to D-line. Adams never looked comfortable.

At least we made a prediction. There's some "I told ya so" going on from people who never actually told anything.

Lol. I said we'd get pancaked. Happy to be proven wrong, but again, tempering my expectations. They don't have to win every game, but this was the only game we could say that they truly played for 4 quarters this year. They keep putting forth that kind of effort & results will come. I still think Steinauer has to be kicked to the curb though.
