The season will be OVER if they lose this one. Oh sure, they can battle Ottawa for third in the East and then worry about a Western cross-over (most likely) but a CONTENDER this season they will not be.

The reality is this is as much a bye on the schedule bingo card as it's gonna get. You need these 2 points to keep pace with Montreal and Toronto who you don't expect to lose to Edmonton.
Lose this one and you've essentially bogeyed the easy part 5.

Butler is a great back. They keep him going in the 2nd half, he'll run Edm off the field.
