Funny, in a pathetic sort of way, fans still dwell on play calling when for two consecutive weeks two different teams clearly illustrate the results of quality front office decisions.
This franchise is going nowhere with this present regime. Have to sweep clean. Pillar to post.
Accept it everybody, I have.
Cheers: Duke Williams,Butler, STs. Jeers: Being outclassed in 90% of football categories. Again.

We now have moderators saying that Orlondo should be fired. It only took 3 years...

Stein challenging a possible late hit on Mitchell too much to ask of this "astute football mind" ?

And to think, I got roasted on the prowl for wanting to bring in O'Shea prior to giving Steinauer the whole enchilada.
O line: looks barely different than it did last year, despite high profile FA signings. Same with D line, same with the D as a whole.
WHEN YOU CHANGE THE PERSONNEL & STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS, IT'S COACHING!!! FFS.

Some coffee thoughts...
- I can take a slow start, chemistry, etc. But there's nothing to get excited about with this team right now. There's no "If we could just (insert something here) we'd be fine)" - nothing at all right now
- Bo look like the same guy that we've been questioning in Calgary the past 2 seasons. Good but far from great.
- The turnovers in the red zone are the exact reason we brought him in. We felt that the last 2 guys didnt protect the ball and make good decisions. It's 10x more frustrating coming from Bo.
- I thought with the signing of Butler we would be adjusting the playbook to Bo's declining skillset and incorporating more of the run and short game with Butler. That hasn't happened yet, and it looks like the same playbook with new faces.
- The D Line isnt getting enough pressure to make up for our shortcomings at DB.
- It's crazy how much hate Condell gets while Washington skates."You can't expect the D to hold them all game" is the response.... no, but i'd like them to hold someone, once?
- Can't see a coaching change mid season, unless it actually gets worse than this
I don't have much else. Im frustrated.

And to top it off Stein is a fuckin' LIAR. Oh I'm sorry, I mean "untruthful". I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings. Watching the game I never felt at any time that Hamilton could possibly mount a comeback. Hey Stein, do you see that hourglass? The sand is quickly draining out. One home loss to either Montreal or Ottawa in the next two games could mean a march up the stairs to the gallows for Stein. Milanovich waiting in the wings.

Some TC fans are strange. Will demand accountability from the hockey team, baseball or NFL team they follow but the thought of applying the same level of expectation to HAM feels unreasonable to them. I honestly don't get it.

One of them constantly goes off on the Jays but tells Ticats fans to just be happy you're watching football. Again, when you have an agenda you have to stick to it come hell or high water

My thoughts...
- Still not panicking but likely at a worse point though as I have just become indifferent to what has and is going on with the team. - I have zero faith in the current regime so I will not be surprised no matter what happens this season. - Today proves that BLM was nothing more then a panic move by Stein and I remain adamant that Dane would have been fine given a proper line and better receivers. - I think that with the level of play going on the issues are purely coaching now on both sides of the ball. How many more players can you cycle through and still blame them? - Even with BLM at the helm this team is in trouble, more so with him being injured. Stiltz is a good backup but will not be more then that and I will keep that belief until he proves me wrong.
What is with TSN CFL folks still licking Steins boots when he has been crap for two straight seasons now? This mess is on him since he is in charge, to think otherwise is just delusional.

Wow Fozzie I feel exactly the same way after every point you have made. No faith in this regime and things won't change until they are removed.

We're moving into the apathy stage of the program. That's never good

The true test of an organization's intelligence and ability is when things go bad. Stay tuned, everybody. It's going to be interesting.
