these have been..... 4 very fun games....?
TO-MTL was tight and with some decent action and an exciting, if somewhat given ending
EDM-SSK started like a dud and turned into fireworks
WPG-HAM results...
OTT-BC old time CFL back to back blowouts in the same game.

I know a guy that's had season's tickets for 47 years!!!!! 47 frickin' years!!!! He knows F all about football but he's the best because he's supported the team for 47 years......47 years can you believe that!!!! Ummm. And how 'bout 52 years ? (since 1971). But then again ... You don't know me. |

Beyond that, another former Ticat QB (Adams) has a great night, throwing for over 450 yards & 3 TDs. Our braintrust tried to make him into a receiver.  Not that I think he's really that great a QB, at least he wasn't when he was here, but BC has obviously developed a system that he can flourish in. We've been through 5 (??) QBs since....Masoli, Dane, BLM, Shiltz, Powell. Not to mention Jamie Newman. |

The Riders free-fall that was supposed to happen right after Harris injury that didn't happen is happening now. Expect major housecleaning from Canada's Team.
To their credit Rider fans aren't doing the "anything can happen" thing. They know their team is broken.

so I know they said "and that eliminates the crossover" when the cats beat the stamps on saturday....
but if Ottawa goes 3-0 against the Als, the York Lions, and the Varsity Blues, and the Riders go owe and tree.... we could still have a crossover no?
not like its gonna happen, but i kinda wanna see it happen just to watch the west melt down
