Personally, I like the Fergusson/Forde combo. Two guys who have actually played the game, and Forde has left his former teams, other than the Western Mustangs (gotta show love to USports) and Marshall has been improving his PBP and can analyze things too.

Neilson actually drags Suitor down. Cuthbert elevated Suitors game with smarts and professionalism.
Suitor just rambles thru is game prep material now. Seems low energy. He's getting older but maybe he thinks Neilson sucks too.
