I think the run game will take pressure off the pass rush. I also think we already have good receivers. It would be nice to have Bralon Addison back though. Hope he recovers and stays healthy. Our defence could use improving, particularly the pass rush. Leonard did have some picks but do think he suffers against taller receivers. Even with Addison, we have the worst receiving corps in the league, it scares no one. I actually think we have one of the best receiving corps in the league, imho. I think we had a strong receiver in Acklin who could come down with a contested ball, 2021 Grey Cup drop notwithstanding. Although I wouldn't mind landing a tough free agent. |

I think we had a strong receiver in Acklin who could come down with a contested ball, 2021 Grey Cup drop notwithstanding. Although I wouldn't mind landing a tough free agent. Acklin? He wasn't on our team last year. White, Dunbar & an often injured Addison aren't striking fear in any defensive backfield around the league. Both White & Dunbar are going to want raises. Durant has to be kicked to the curb. Would like to see Kiondre Smith get more time. |

Randle Jr signs with the Patriots. Promising young db. Hopefully they take a long look at Sunderland who had some size and bring in lots of viable competition at camp for that secondary.

This is definitely one of the more frustrating off seasons I can remember. Steinauer obfuscates for 14 minutes. The only thing of note that he says is that Dylan Wynn won't be ready for the start of the season. Of course, he refuses any details of the injury, although he did say it's a knee.

I don’t understand the complete secrecy on the injury front especially in the offseason. He was already listed in injury reports at the end of the year as having a knee issue. Disappointing to hear he likely wont be ready for camp but if it was that bad why didn’t we know more last season once he went on the 6 game? As for Bo Levi, I read this as he will take a couple other offers back to Hamilton during free agency to make sure he isn’t lowballed then sign here if they sweeten the pot. To me they underestimated how long it would take to sign him and probably figured they could get it done by Christmas. That’s the only way that trade made sense to me. |
