I know this won't happen, but Bob Young won't magically grow a pair of balls and finally throws El Presidente to the curb.
I can think of a small handful pf players I would invite back next season. Kiondre Smith and Revenberg are in that list.

Rookie QB and injuries a win was always dubious but to not be competitive thru most of it ? Its a bit much to accept.

So what's next ? Regime won't fire Stein after this year. They will tie the can to Condell. They will replace a couple of assistants with Stein/Khari buddy hires.
People will cheer this of course but can't make one persuasive argument how that makes the team better.
This team lacks talent, it isn't particularly well coached, it has difficulty in evaluating talent and allocating money to that end and that's all on front office including Stein.
A full blow up ? Not sure. A partial tear down and refurb ? definitely. Does the current regime have the mental energy to do this ? Why does it feel like no ?

Keeping things status quo, one or two flashy FA signings, 5 dollar beers and GC billboards won't reverse the trend of regression. |

Yet another golden opportunity to represent the East in the grey cup squandered away.
Toronto - signs some free agents. Wins the east.
Hamilton - lets free agents walk. Last place.
This isn't that difficult.

Team doesn't seem to have any sense of urgency to fix anything. They've brought in new personnel & it didn't work. At what point do you look at coaching, Steinauer? What has to happen before you go there? |

Not that I'm surprised he said this, but why can't he acknowledge that maybe, just maybe, their game plans aren't tailored to the strengths of the players onbthe roster?
