Completely sh@t the bed on this one. Uncompetitive kicking has cost the team wins early in the season.
At least the team offered him a PR spot. You can't really blame him for wanting to aide his wife during her studies, but if he had been offered the position from the start...

Let's just be thankful this mistake was caught and fixed early enough that we didn't regret it.

It's more evident than ever that the 2021 Ticats were in profit/cost cutting mode and this is why nothing happened. It cost us a Grey Cup.

Now hopefully we can keep Small long term and have a reliable kicker for years to come.
