Evans was always the better QB - now it's time for him to settle in for what we hope is a long tenure as our franchise QB. Still question marks on this roster, can they get to the QB? Can they cover? The DBs didn't look sharp in the preseason but that's why it's the preseason. Domagala seems serviceable but do they really trust him from 45 yards?
Saskatchewan
Seemed to do very little in free agency, fans are restless. Fajardo needs to take the next step now, but will he? I'm not sure he has it in him. One thing is for sure: The honeymoon is over for Fajardo and Rider fans, anything short of a GC and the pitchforks will be out.
Toronto
Some key signings, and will Brandon Banks return to his old self? or be a shell of his former self? Is MBT an elite QB? (I don't think so). I wouldn't be shocked to see Chad Kelly start at some point.
Calgary
Bo didn't look good in the pre-season - will there be a leash? When it's all said and done Calgary is always in the playoffs so i'd expect that again.
Montreal
As mentioned Khari may be on a short leash, and he should be. This team has the talent and tends to underachieve. QB controversy from the beginning and this team could finish anywhere in the East and I wouldnt be shocked.
Ottawa
They upgraded their roster - but how could they not? All Masoli jokes aside this team has 10-8 / 8-10 written all over it.
BC
Nice to see a Canadian QB get a shot, and he has a ton of weapons around him. Could be fun to watch in BC but can they stop anybody and can they protect Rourke?
Edmonton
Nobody will feel sorry for Chris Jones if this team is a dumster fire, but a new vision and team president is a good start.
