Andrew Grigg? I have no idea how he ever got open, but always was.
Definitely Darren Flutie.
Young Mike Morreale? Circa 1998/99?
Nik Lewis was still getting open at 250 lbs.

Evraire (always open, never thrown to)
Danny McMannus on his streaking naked bootlegs that no defence was EVER expecting. I witnessed more than a few FDs/TDs with him doing that when everyone was focused on stopping Radlein...
