The thread goes through the top 5 rated players at each position (by their numbers)
BLM #5 at QB
Greg Bell came in at #5 at RB in half a season...
WR Shemar Bridges checks in at also..... #5....
Slot Receivers.... no ticats...
Left Tackle Bordner checks in at #3 (stronger on run block than pass block)
Left Guard Revenberg at #2 (fairly even pass vs run)
Center Beard at #3 looks to be the best run blocking center of the top 5
Right Guard Woodmansey takes top spot! (#1) best run blocking guard on the list.
Right tackle.... Jamal Murray.... not there, fairly large drop off from 4 to 5... so can't imagine 6,7,8,9 are in great spots.
Interior defenders: Casey Sayles #1 top pass rush grade of the bunch, great run D too... which we knew already.
Pass Rushing from the interior: Hendrix and Sayles 1 and 2. Which tells me Hendrix RunD isn't enough right now.
Edge defenders.... no cats
Edge pass rush.... no cats...
Linebackers.... gasp... no cats at MIKE or WIL...
HBs and SAM... Richard Leonard is somehow 5th on the list... with an amazing pass rush score somehow???
Cornerbacks: no cats... how much of this is residual Washington... I'd love to see the ticat scores here isolated from week 7
Safeties: Katsontonis in the #1 spot pretty cool tbh
Kickers: Liegghio, he of the new 2 year extension, not on the list. Misses too many PATs for my liking, but otherwise love the guy.
Punters: Constintinou at #2, little surprised he's only #2 to be honest, but Edmonton's guy beat him by almost 5 points.
Kick Returners: nooooooooooooooooobody
Punt Returners: Woods at a distant 5th, 6 pts back of 4th, 8 pts back of 1st.
Long snappers... Gordon in the 2 spot. Cool
Special teams cover guys: not one ticat, which is weird, used to be a strong suit for this team. I'm guessing this includes return team guys as well now that i think about it...
Clear weaknesses to address in the LB corps, outside Dline, and Corners.
Oline looks like a strong spot, middle of the defense looks to be fairly strong... Offence has been clicking for most of the year, if we could somehow convince Tim White that the season starts in June we'd be cookin with gas.
I guess there's still one game left this year, but who y'all got coming in to fix these?
