Every time CFL officiating goes in the shitter they put out a statement and institute a new guideline or rule.
They don't need more rules, statements or press releases. They need competent people that have a feel for the game and can actually properly interpret the rules that are fine to begin with.
All this will do is more "stands" which defeats the purpose.
