Riders 3rdDN guy, Joel Gasson, says we threw Washington under the bus. I mean, geez, these guys are supposed to be providing insight for fans ? Clear he never watched us play other than the Riders games. 🤣
This, just makes Joel Gasson look like a third rate scrub himself. If he had of actually watched Cats games versus teams other then the gang green then he would have seen why this is long over due. Washingtons shtick had worn out and stopped working two seasons ago. Add in the declining talent level and there was zero chance for a competent defense in Hamilton.

Worst defence I have ever seen the Cats put on the field and that's over 50 seasons. #3 continously gets beat, the linebackers can't tackle or cover, Wilson is the best and the only one that should stay, the Dline is OK. Where th F#*$ are the NFL cuts? I have never seen them stick with so many bad players
Add in the DB's lining up 12 plus yards off of the receivers and really they had no chance of looking decent this season. |

I think it is safe to say that we all know that firing Washington will not fix this defense. It, however, is a necessary step that is needed in the process to fix this complete and utter disaster of a unit.
Further purging of other Front office personnel should be at the top of the owners list of things to do.
I would love for someone to shove the operations cap where the sun does not shine on Ambrosie.
