A lot of assumptions being made about what is going on with Bo and the coaches.
While Bo is not the overall problem with this team he has had a penchant for trying to force plays where there are none and overlooking the obvious open players. I find when the team is down he gets in a mode where he tries to save the day all by himself. The amount of audibles he calls....or seems to... when I watch is way above what I notice with other QB's in both the CFL and NFL.
Being the veteran that he is I believe that he is too set in his ways to mesh with a coach that has his system and one that does not like deviation from it.

Two good things with this team - Butler, and the play of the O-line.
Bo, and now Powell, seem to have all the time in the world in the pocket. However, there is also nothing they can seem to do when the Defence drops 9 players in coverage. That can be a combination of not finding a receiver, nobody bothering to get themselves open, or not running for a gain.
I get the feeling that Milo never liked BLM, and was looking for an excuse to bench him. It seems more personal than poor performance. Why he doesn't do the same with the pylons on the Defence or their coach is beyond me.

As well as Bo has been playing he does have a penchant for making bone headed decision and trying to force the play when it is not there. I was at the game last season in Ottawa where he broke his leg. In that game he was quite awful as the through 5 picks and it would have be 6 if the Ottawa player had not of dropped the ball.
I just believe that Bo's too set in his way with hi style and attitude does not mesh with Milanovich. I think the attempt by both was there to make it work but the reality is as well as our offense is playing they are a turn over machine Bo leads the league in interceptions and Hamilton is apparently tied for first in fumbles.
As for the defense, I believe that Milo realizes that you can not make chicken salad out of chicken shit. The players and the staff he was saddled with are all just terrible and almost none should be retained.

It felt like Milanovich left Bo in too long the first Mtl game then gave him absolutely no leash in game 2. If you pull the plug on Bo, how much rope can you extend Tim White to keep going through the motions and making half hearted attempts at contested catches?
Milo is pretty hands off when it comes to the defence. Best you will get there is some shuffling of guys in the secondary or linebacker. Even at that the talent waiting in the wings is probably suspect.
