What a game.
This team managed to get to the Grey Cup despite botching the QB and kicking situation for pretty much the entire season.

Is it just me, or did EVERYONE play better once Dane came under Centre?

Is it just me, or did EVERYONE play better once Dane came under Centre? He makes offense better on every level. Play, energy, mental energy. Always has. People who stood in his way were inexplicable and have to answer for it, imo.

Stars:
Steinauer, for making the QB switch as quickly as he did
Dane Evans. . . 16 for 16 in a Divisional championship game? Not even one incompletion? Has this ever happened before??
Adeleke . . . played his heart out all game long
J'Gared Davis. . . see Adeleke

O can't do it. No way. It would be the worse coaching decision since Casey Printers. This is Danes team. Pay the man. Let's go.

O can't do it. No way. It would be the worse coaching decision since Casey Printers. This is Danes team. Pay the man. Let's go. If itβs truly about, as they say, who gives us the best chance to win, then he has no choice but to start Evans in the Cup. No time for clinging to past loyalty, or worrying about hurt feelings. We all see the way the team responded today and the energy Dane brings. Masoli is by all accounts a good person, and a decent qb. And if he is the teammate I believe him to be, he will understand and accept that decision, though I would certainly expect him to be disappointed. Time to go win a championship.
