I think it's just to open up a couple of spots for the practice roster. Figs or Murray won't be going there. They will either be extended on the injury list or activated to replace Kemp and/or Bordner.

They will either be extended on the injury list or activated to replace Kemp and/or Bordner. And those two might be assigned to the PR. Figs apparently was "limited" at practice today, so it won't surprise me if he goes back on the 6-game or 1-game. Murray was a full participant, and so was Sutherland. Could be those guys going to the active, and one O-line and one DB relegated.

I usually give it two games - that should give us a sense of how all the new starters fit in. Opening against two other teams who missed playoffs last year and are unknowns at this point, you would hope they can pull off at least one win. If Bo stays healthy I have some optimism, if not it could be a long year. It's the cats, so typically, its the first 4 games to see if they can drag their asses back to .500 or not... this is the first season in quite a while where the first game actually feels important.... like tone setting important.... like we'll know what we're getting pretty chuckin early this year. Game two's biggest coin flip is whether or not THFs concessions are worth a damn this year Just re-read this, feeling pretty damn psychic all of a sudden... also the concessions are worse than last year, but the merch is way better |

Argos have released Rasheed Bailey. I don't want to be THAT guy, but I was hoping we'd sign him in the off season.

Argos have released Rasheed Bailey. I don't want to be THAT guy, but I was hoping we'd sign him in the off season. I like his game as well, but he would probably be taking Dunbar’s spot. Dunbar has stepped it up in my opinion this year, especially catching and holding into the ball after contact. Bailey likely heads back to the Peg. |
