If it was Hamilton losing it's mop QB much of it's defense, a star rec, DC etc it would put the franchise into a multi-year tailspin.

Argos release defensive linemen Shawn Oakman. I wonder if the Cats should sign him given the other two ex Argos they signed to revamp the line. Oakman was pretty good so it may be worth it for chemistry.

so.... having just watched the BC-WPG game....
(and it feels **so** ticats to try to rationalize this but...)
Has there ever been a team that has had a less deserved 0-3 start to the season than the 2024 Bombers?
Week 1: Blown out by MTL.... but I'm not sure Castillo could have hit the inside of the stadium that night if asked
Week 2: down 5pts to ottawa... with the ball.... jobbed by the weather.
Week 3: awesome back and forth game against BC with some ooopsie drops along the way.
Am I making excuses or whats up here? Absolutely does not feel like the #9 team in the power rankings
