Apparently $225k in hard money including his signing bonus, plus up to $110k in incentives, assuming that’s just for 2024. No other details yet but that is a lot of cap relief. Be interested to see if he got any guaranteed money in exchange for the cut in salary. Either way, good on both sides for getting this done.

As far as playing goes BLM's leash is probably 10 links shorter now. Presumably M is going to continue to develop Powell (if there's something more to develop) an he'll get plenty of opportunities. But thats how you manage QBs. Who knows what the QB file would look like this week with Stein running the show.

It could be more.
The league minimum of $70k is where you put guys when you have no cap room. So $200k means you could pay 4 guys $120k instead of the league minimum. Could be a huge upgrade at DL or even the secondary.
This will help the team huge.
