Watching people tie themselves in knots defensing Stein is pretty humorous. Also, Cross starting over Edwards? How is that a thing?

Would have agreed with you but if he’s got an ACL injury I’m not sure anyone will be in a rush to sign him. Riders have Nelson Lokombo who was another promising draft pick a couple years back and might be able to play at linebacker/safety.

Will he choose that? Hard to say.

Or he goes somewhere he has a better chance to back up a Canadian starting at linebacker/safety, greater chance at getting some defensive snaps. It will be interesting to see if the Cats hang onto Edwards or possibly take a chance on Flowers-Lloyd at his spot.

After a bit of a rocky start, Edwards has been pretty tame while still playing well. I'm kind of surprised tbh.
