Ayos Mio the Riders are awful. Bo done for the night? Feels like a preseason game - can’t believe we haven’t seen Mason yet - Sask is bad

I may have over reacted to the Gibson thing.

I may have over reacted to the Gibson thing. It wouldn't surprise me if Milo is on the phone with him.

Take advantage of a trainwreck . Check. Give Mitchell reps. Check. Mitchell is healthy and functioning. Check. Shultz did well and didn't get hurt. Check. Defense motivated with takeaways. Check Stein and Washington don't muck anything up. Check. Told you so. Check.

Coaching didn't get in anyone's way. To paraphrase Napoleon when your enemy is a trainwreck let them be a trainwreck and don't help them.

Riderfans in full meltdown. Sad.
I empathize because I know what's like and how it feels. No fan should suffer this. Chins up, Riders
But seriously folks..I love that this is happening and can't get enough of it. If anything I want more. Your tears sustain me as I dance around your funeral pyre.

Suitor and Neilson are still trying to console each other. Nothing worse than Rider fans. I want to see a total collapse where they miss the playoffs.

I didn't watch the game live because my daughter, son in law & granddaughter were over, but pvr'd it & watched it late last night. I also put too much emphasis on missing Milanovich for this game, did not expect such an offensive explosion from the Cats. Bo looked good, it's amazing what happens when your O line isn't a porous mess. Shiltz played well too, loved it when he ran over Moncrief late in the game. Godwin is fast becoming one of my favourite players. This seemed to be one of the first times we've specifically targeted the opposing D's weak points this year. Give me more of that!
Our D seems to have become resilient at some point; earlier this year, the other team would score & the attitude would be "here we go", but last night it never felt like the game was slipping out of our grasp, even though the only real blemish imo was allowing a Rider TD with 34 seconds left in the half. I don't know who the db was, but Morrow broke his spat on his way to the endzone. Actually, Morrow was the only Rider who really showed up last night. The rest of the team looked just plain bad & I'm so there for it. Too bad the Elks are out, I'd have liked to see more Tre Ford in the playoffs.

Butler finishes runs better than any Ticat back I've ever seen. He falls forward for another 2-3 (sometimes more) yards all the time.
The number of times we dumped it to him short of the sticks and he went and put his head down and got it, is quite impressive.
Condell was destroyed for that.

He's listed at 5'9" and 210lbs - a very compact, very muscular, very powerful frame makes it incredibly difficult to tackle when he lowers his centre of gravity.

I wasn’t convinced that spending some bucks on him in the offseason was the right move, would have been just as happy if they had re-signed Wes Hills with a healthy raise. But have to admit I’ve been impressed at how Butler handles all phases of the game, running hard, receiving and picking up the blitz. Not to mention his durability. Along with Thurman he’s probably the best move made in free agency.
