That would add a 4th job to his duties which to me puts the team in an even worse position then keeping Washington. Stein needs to give up one or two of his current jobs as him doing three like Chris Jones is making him ineffective at them all.
He currently only has 2 jobs - HC and Prez: ticats.ca/coaches/orlondo-steinauer/
Officially yes but he has been the GM or one of them for several seasons now.

Stein is dead man walking. You can see it in interviews that he's at his wit's end and has no idea what it will take to turn things around this year. Pisses me off that I (as well as others in this forum) saw this coming but have to put up with it for the remainder of the year. you did see this coming. Got called names for it too. Lmao over at the prowl. "All we have to do is make the playoffs to have a chance at the Cup". This team couldn't win when they went 15-3 & were favoured in the GC, but somehow we're going to fall ass backwards into a championship? Delusional.
