Why is it that when it's suggested someone needs to go you're challenged with "who should they replace X with"
That's not my job, when I go to a movie and say it was terrible nobody asks me to write a better movie. Put a different movie in front of me and I'll tell you if I like it.
I'm the customer.

Just tell them that it doesn't matter who replaces Stein. Bottom line....Stein has to go. It really doesn't matter anyway. There is no way that Stein will be head coach of this team next year.
