Defensive Player Shawn Lemon (CGY) Lorenzo Mauldin IV (OTT)
Sack leader vs a pretty decent rebound story. Not sure how this one goes, likely to the player on the better team, but the most deserving? who knows... Both have pretty decent stories come to think of it.
Canadian Nathan Rourke (BC) Kurleigh Gittens Jr. (TOR)
In any other year, Gittens Jr has a really strong case. Rourke should still be the MOP y'all, he dominates this category.

Does being Canadian get you extra points here?
Rookie Dalton Schoen (WPG) Tyson Philpot (MTL)
Rookie leads the league in rec yards.... it's Schoen. I'm not even going to bother with anything else.
Special Teams Player Mario Alford (SSK) Chandler Worthy (MTL)
ooooooooooh former teammates, Alford gets traded away because he wasn't Worthy.... tee hee... Mtl already settled this award for us. Small should have gotten some love in another year.
Coach of the Year Mike O’Shea (WPG) Ryan Dinwiddie (TOR)
ohhhh boy do I not care. Just don't have an East nominee this year, it's silly.
