Girlfriend is relatively new to the CFL... or sports in general.
Took her to her first game in 2019 and she took to it like a pig to shit. Now she's recording four CFL games a week to watch and re-watch... I've created a monster.
Now that I'm done bragging, here's my question:
I was born in the 80's... how the hell do i explain what a guy like Angelo Mosca meant to this team and this city?
It's been ground into my soul for 30 some years, so it innately makes sense on my end... but i don't know how to get it across quite right
lil help would be appreciated boys and girls otherwise, use this thread how you feel

Angelo Mosca was the epitome of what a Hamiltonian should be. Tough, hard working and doing whatever it takes (even if it meant going over the line) to make things work. He was a large presence in the Tiger-Cats defense which the Ticat faithful idolized and was hated as an opposing player in every other CFL city. This guy played in nine Grey Cup games and coming out a champion five times. He also played in the era, late '50s and the 60's, when the Ticats seemed to be playing in the Grey Cup game every year. The best way to describe it is that Angelo Mosca was Hamilton.
