If the team makes the playoffs, it would be nice to see them bring Jamie Newman back to handle the 3rd and short yardage situations at the very least. Not sure if they’ve been dressing an extra dlineman or linebacker in his roster spot but to me those situations are too valuable to leave to your starter and undersized backup.

C'mon boys....all this post game chatter and not one mention of Anthony Johnson who made all four catches on the passes thrown his way and was second in receiving yards for the 'Cats in the game. I like the guy. Micah Johnson is doing his best Ja'Gared Davis impersonation. Do nothing for the first 3/4 of the season and then turn it up for the playoff push. He's been very noticeable since Wynn went down with injury.

If he can keep making plays downfield i can live with some of this stuff. |
