Do any of you enjoy fishing?
I have a trip planned this coming May, 19-29 out of Dryden in NW Ontario. The fellow I was to go with has had to drop out, so i am seeking a replacement.
It's a full American Plan lodge, they provide breakfast and supper in the main lodge, we fish with a guide each day who prepares a shore lunch of fresh caught fish every day. I've been to this place four times so far and it's been excellent all times, plus the scenery on the trip up is spectacular as we round Lake Superior. Great fishing for walleye, smallmouth bass, jumbo perch, lake trout, and the occasional rogue northern pike and muskie.
So if any of you are interested let me know, give me your email and I'll shoot you full details.
Jack
P.S. previous fishing experience not necessary; fishing gear like rods & reels isn't needed either, I have tons and can easily outfit two guys

Dad tried to get me fishing when i was a kid, never got into it. You wont get me anywhere near a boat. Sounds like a really cool time. My sister is huge into fishing - just took a trip to BC and did the whole charter thing. She also makes this thing called a roebro that is apparently selling like hotcakes.
Pre covid we did a golf trip to Myrtle Beach every year, miss that.

Every year on the same week my family went to a resort in Muskoka, and I would fish off the end of a dock there. Mostly rock bass and sunfish, with the occasional smallmouth or lake trout. Once I almost landed a pike. I have never gone on a "real" fishing trip or spent an entire day on a boat in a northern lake, but I DID go deep-sea fishing one year in Florida.
I caught a 9'-long, 350lb, scalloped Hammerhead shark. THAT was fun...

And, all things considered, I'd rather not hear it.

I also displaced from the Hammer. . . in a blue city down the QEW that I decline to name. Actually I'm just north of Steeles so I'm not actually in that city. So where are you displaced to?

Yeah, that's me. "Sigpig" was my username on the original site, and I couldn't register it after one of the "upgrades". I'm from Hamilton, and am now in Ottawa.
