Coach Dickenson told Derrick Taylor today on Regina's CKRM Sports Cage that Cody Fajardo , Duke Williams , Dan Clark and Micah Johnson will NOT play against Hamilton on Sat.. just sayin. So basically the Redblacks, Elks, Lions. Awesome. |

Too bad Rod Black isn’t calling this one. He would go out of his mind if there was a Paxton Lynch sighting on the Riders bench.

Even if we win, I have next to no confidence we can beat Mtl in the ESF, even at home. I wouldn't be surprised if Mtl takes the East.

Something's not right with the team this year. I don't know if it's because of the injuries or something happening in the locker room. They really haven't played well, aside from their first meeting with the Als and Labor Day.
Unless something changes by next weekend we're going to be done in the semi. I don't like our chances.

If the 'Cats lose this game they won't be bad, but fricken' HORRIBLE!!! |

Gotta drum up fan interest for the ESF. If the 'Cats lose this game they won't be bad, but fricken' HORRIBLE!!! They'll win but it won't be pretty. Probably lose a close one to Montreal. Then "aw shucks, they tried, not their year". Etc. |

Attitude adjustment . Getting into playoffs thru the side door and host semi in a year when we were supposed to dominate again and host a GC for the first time in a quarter century and quite possibly win in over a generation. Wave those towels, everybody. |

I seem to be the optimist here which is very unusual for a cynic like myself. But I see a reasonable possibility we could beat the Als and Blows and get to the cup game. Don't hold out much hope there but you never know. But so far this team has played below it's potential so maybe it's just "Hope springs eternal"
