Anyone know where it's televised? GF working til 7 and can't make the game, but she wants to watch (and likely re-watch) can't find it on the TSN channels, is it just not being broadcast?

Not on unfortunately. Hopefully will be replayed on Ticats.ca or YouTube - how does the league or the PA allow TSN not to televise 6 or more preseason games - that’s what they should’ve been fighting for, collectively!!! Go find some other network up there that wants in and push TSN out (then obviously share it with ESPN, so I can watch it in the states), this pisses me off!! I can watch Coffeyville Community College play live, but I can’t watch the Ticats - totally unacceptable!!!

The second is that the other major sports channel, Sportsnet, is actively hostile to the League. Sportsnet is owned by Rogers Communications, which is actually a partner in MLSE (Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment - they own the maple Leafs, Raptors, and the blew team), and outright owns the MLB Blue Jays. I don't think Sportsnet has ANY partnerships with American sports channels.

Some random thoughts on this game.
Didnt really notice the hash marks during game play, I sit in a big group, not one person noticed it at all. Yellow penalty flags? Seriously? Dane looked like Dane. Quick and decisive. Couldnt be more excited for him. Domagala looked somewhat like a capable kicker. Punting remains horrendous.
Don't really feel like going into too many player specifics until I get to camp a couple more times.
Nice to have football back.

Anthony Johnson looks like a keeper at receiver.
Defence was pretty soft all game, not much pass rush and dbs were playing way off Mtl receivers.
Punting as noted, horrific but the placekicking looks a whole lot better.
Dejoun Lee may stick around as a returner on practice roster at least. A bit small as a running back. Wes Hills is a decent power runner, hope he can stay healthy this year and offer a change of pace at running back.
Jalen Morton is pretty raw but can make some stuff happen with his running. Schiltz wasn’t overly impressive but seemed to be under a lot of pressure. Saw Saxelid down and being attended to, not sure if he came back in later.

Hard to argue any of that - Morton looked like a rookie. 1 read and gone. The long 33 yard run he didn't have the corner at all and he got the outside, looked really fast. Addison looked really good too. He could have a MOP type season. (mark it down)

Agree with that Crash. Didn’t see enough of Newman to really give a fair assessment. Both guys look like they have pretty strong arms.
Actually thought Montreal’s last quarterback (#6) looked really sharp. Mobile, strong arm and really accurate. By that point he was going against mostly 2nd and 3rd stringers, but I think he’ll stick around.
I know it’s early and we probably were holding a lot back, but the defence scares me a bit at this point. Only pressure I saw came mainly on blitzes. They were good against the run but even Dom Davis seemed to move the ball pretty easily against them.

I'm not worried about the Defence - yet. This was, after all, a pre-season game, and I highly doubt that Orlondo and Washington will add any flavours to the vanilla ice cream they showed last night. The vast majority of our starters are veterans, and have played in Washington's scheme.

I thought the same thing about the D. Very little pressure while the 1st unit was in the game. Brooks getting beat on a jump ball TD was frustrating. Losing Mr. Davis will hurt so hopefully they can find someone but I noticed Mason bennett was announced as a starter. That's not permanent is it?

So two starting National receivers (Durant and Ternowski) and National OL Woodsmany are on the 6-game. Great. That leaves Ungerer and Burt who have ANY pro experience as National receivers. Gotta adjust the Ratio a bit, Orlondo.
Also, Saxelid seems to have hurt his back. That's ANOTHER O-Line casualty, but at least CVZ has been added to the roster.
The team cheerleaders on the other site are doing the "3 monkeys" thing with regards to punting/kicking.

Anyone surprised about Durant? He only practiced two days.
