So we cut Godwin and Bayliss for these receivers?

Dear defensive backs, when the other team is near your end zone and their players are in it you need to have someone cover each one of them.

Timmeh is priving he's nowhere NEAR worth $300k.
I would prefer a guy that can actually catch passes on the team.

No consistent pressure on Cgy's QB since Q1.

No consistent pressure on Cgy's QB since Q1. Invisible. Among the most troubling aspects of the night. But back to our regularly scheduled Qb handwringing.

Yeah....If we can't get consistent pressure on opposing QB's, and knowing Washington's propensity for soft zones in the Secondary, the D will get carved up every time...

Other than that blitz inthe first Defensive series by Kats, I don't recall a DB getting a hand on a ball in the air all game. Of course, they would have to be in a position where they COULD defend a pass, instead of being 10-yards from any receiver...

How long does Washington get a pass for how this defence is run? I get it, a bunch of new players getting used to each other, but it always looks the same. No consistent pass rush or pressure and wide open opposition receivers because of soft zone coverage. Washington should have been gone when they kicked 'ol Steiner upstairs.

The secondary was very loose. Tim White was completely uninterested and BLM was rusty. But the worst part of all of that was the ENTIRE team had no intensity. Just going through the motions.

so.... notes from being at the game bc i haven't watched the tape yet (and i 100% will because i'm an idiot)
Bo looked.... fine... i dunno man, couple over throws, couple of throws between two receivers, but for the most part he looked fine.
Timmy and Shemar don't drop their three, this game feels a whole lot more "back and forth CFL blockbuster" than "ooof here we go again"
Butler was an absolute rocket
Oline with two rookie tackles looked... fine somehow? but hard to really say with just a live watch.
Defense looked mildly okay for the first half, lack of Peters probably cost us the one TD over Milton who despite seeming very friendly, was no where near his guy on that
Specials aren't special at all.... guessing we're missing a ton of guys there... penalties are killin me
Still had a blast, would have been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more fun with a win
