Were it a slam dunk case vs kelly. MSLE would have already thrown money at the problem ? Or maybe they cant before an investigation ? Dunno.

Dunno. it's only a civil case, if they wanted it to go away quickly, the chequebook would have come out already That would have sparked accusations of paying it off. After the poor way it was initially handled, they're not going to do that. They have to let things play out in case it goes badly for Kelly so they have a chance to not be tainted too much if he's found guilty. |
