Saw something somewhere (twitter, maybe?) that said that Dickenson was quoted as saying that Fajardo will get some playing time even though he's not starting. Maybe Dickenson is trying to hedge his bets.

Maybe the ploy to start Fine could also be used to "fire up" Fajardo (I'll show them) if he needs to enter the game if Fine is failing. I mean Dickenson is trying everything here. Personally, I don't think it matters who's quarterbacking the Riders at this juncture. No quarterback can be expected to play well behind that brutal O-line.
