I thought the game turned when we couldn’t convert 3rd and 2 at Mtl 50. It was a strange call when a) you could have possibly pinned Als inside their 10 with a punt or b)you’ve got a big bruising tailback and have run the ball well most of the game- why not try to convert with Hills?
Then when we have 3rd and 2 we suddenly play safe and kick the field goal. Why not trust Hills to convert some of these opportunities for you? You pretty much knew the one point lead wouldn’t stand for long. At worst you’ve got Mtl pinned back inside their 10 if you don’t convert, with plenty of time.
Middle of that defensive line was completely blown off the ball in the second half. And absolutely no pressure on Harris most of the game. Wynn is a huge loss there.
Evans had another solid game. We just don’t have enough guys who can come up with a play when it’s really needed, offence or defence. Same story all season.
Injuries to Randle and Papi looked pretty bad, hopefully these guys are ok.
Sask game is basically our last stand, it would be nice to see them evaluate some new guys to see if we can get a spark there.

Orlondo has had his thumb up his arse and has done NOTHING. He's a complete tool, except that tools are useful.

we’ve brought in what, two players? And apparently released Redd. Should be defensive backs, defensive linemen, receivers, maybe another linebacker and running back to take a look at. No deals on airfare maybe? |
