Assuming the racist comments are substantiated (since they suspended him separately for them) then the Riders do need to cut him in my opinion.
There's no room for that.
And dork is right. Media will have a field day no matter what Suitor says.

For what it's worth, "Tim & Friends" on Sportsnet were discussing it, and the max suspension length of two games in League history.
I feel that 4 games is appropriate for the hits, but ONE GAME for the racist comments? I don't think that will sit well with the majority of players in the League...

After using the "he has black friends" defence, Craig Dickenson apologized and changed his stance to "sorry I used the black friends defence, but I still don't think he did it."
Suitor resorts to retweets but is quiet on the matter.

4 games was not enough in my opinion due to the racist comment being only one game in length. For that alone he should have been booted for the rest of the season and then released by the Roughriders.
The rest of the suspension makes sense based on league history.
