That's the way they are listed in transactions. Some are actual cuts but most are just moved to the practice roster and that is where Domagala and Okafor will end up. They haven't given up on the "kids" just yet.

He has had several years to prove himself and to date has not. If this was any other team he would have been released a long while ago.

We've cut Maleek Irons. Wonder why, he looked almost as good as any other rb would on our team. Odd to do it in the middle of a week of practice.

Can't you guys see the obvious? The team was off on their bye week and management is proving that they are making serious roster moves to improve the team. What more do you want? We've got a new placekicker, a punter and we released a third string running back. Sheesh!!!

Things are starting to roll in Steeltown.

(If we want to) We've gone from one of the better units in the league to having a distinct lack of Oline depth in just a few short years. Okafor is at least serviceable at guard, and while not good, can at least take a few snaps at OT without being a complete embarrassment

Apparently Saxelid is off the 6-game. That's our entire "starting" O-line being healthy for once. He is probably our CVZ retirement/injury replacement, as I wasn't too happy with him at LT. Also, our National FA WR Lemar Durant is off the 6-game too, and there's talk that Simoni is as well. All of a sudden, we have O-Line starters and National depth, with what seems to be a decent National WR on the active roster right now. Since it seems Kats got dinged-up in the last game, we can start 8 Nationals and not have to worry about an injury to Adeleke that much, as I believe an American can sub for the "extra" starter.

Saxelid played approximately 4 downs at LT before leaving the field injured. Vornkahl was in before that with disastrous results, while Saxelid's time at LT, though brief, was fairly stable. (again, until he fell the fuq over with a busted ankle)
