Winnipeg
Well they disposed of BC pretty easily. Winnipeg showed everyone they arent going anywhere, and showed Nathan Rourke that he has to cut his teeth a little bit more. Next up showdown number 2 with Calgary.
Calgary
Just obliterated the Elks but you have to wonder what happens if Sergio Castillo cuts the gap and his miss doesn't go back to the house. Probably wouldn't have mattered. With Arbuckle in due to a Ford injury - Calgary feasted. This team is under the radar winning 10 of their last 11 regular season games.
BC
Got off to a slow start and never recovered. Winnipeg has made everyone look pedestrian at some point since 2019. Nothing to be ashamed of, they went up against the measuring stick and saw what they need to do.
Saskatchewan
An impressive win against Ottawa was overshadowed by Garrett Marino losing his mind late in this one. A matchup with the Argos at BMO is next up and no sign of them losing pace in the West.
Montreal
It's like they waited for the first possible moment to fire Khari Jones - why not do it in the offseason then? They were/are in the driver's seat in a terrible East and in my opinion would have hosted a playoff game for sure. Now there's doubt this turns into a circus. With Edmonton up next and a whole bunch of games against the East it's almost like they were worried he would win too many games.
Ottawa
Who knows where this team is headed if Jeremiah Masoli is out long term? Toronto and Hamilton stink. Ottawa regressed every week from Week 1.
Edmonton
With Tre Ford getting hurt they didnt hang around very long against Calgary. They're off to Montreal and well, they'll probably lose. Ford, Arbuckle, whatever. They should bring Vernon Adams home with them.
Toronto
Bye
Hamilton
Bye-Bye
